The Riad is really modern and it has a nice interior. For us it wasn`t that difficult to find the riad – just look for the right door number 15 on the street. The pool is more decorative rather than for swimming. You will have a really nice view from the roof terrace. Last day we had to leave really early (at 6) in the morning and the staff were so kind and prepared breakfast for us.

«Overall a pleasant stay»
The Ryad is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Location was about a 10 minute walk from the market which we enjoyed, as the market is a bit overwhelming. The street was lively and had a number of places to eat. Excellent value for the money.

Spacious room, super comfortable, extremely clean, tastefully decorated, great shower. Located within the Medina just off a main street. Very unassuming when you enter as the Medina is very loud and busy but as soon as you enter, it’s completely quiet and tranquil.

«Remanso de paz en la caótica Marrakech»
Estuvimos en 3 de las 4 habitaciones ya que hacíamos rutas por Marruecos. Si bien la decoración(camas, baño…) es la misma en todas lo que varía es el tamaño, que cuando llevas 3 maletas, regalos etc realmente merece la pena tener más espacio. Es un lugar ideal para parejas. La cama es muy cómoda y grande y hay mucho silencio, que se agradece porque Marrakech es un poco locura. El desayuno bueno y recién hecho.
El personal muy amable, siempre atentos. Nos ayudaron cuando tuvimos que coger todas nuestras cosas del coche y nos acompañaron a aparcarlo (el parking está a unos 5 min andando y no se puede llegar a la puerta con coche porque esta entre callejuelas) Muchas gracias a Nasar y todo el personal.

The suite was modern, light, stylish, spacious, well designed, spotlessly clean and well maintained. All amenities in perfect working order (piping hot, powerful shower), which were accurately reflected in the website photos. The roof terrace has 360 views of Marrakech, with the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Great hospitality from Nacer and Hamza who were fantastic, always accessible, always prepared to go the extra mile, and so professional and friendly. They prepared a freshly baked veggie breakfast for us every day, and the Moroccean mint tea was fab. Louisa, the owner, was also very cordial. We had a great stay here. Modern but authentic, in the heart of the ancient town just minutes away from the main amenities of the Saddian Tombs, Badii Palace, Bahai Palace, and a short walk to the Medina. On departure, Nacer arranged for a taxi for us. Superb stay and service! Riyad Marrakech is excellent value for money – well worth it,and I would definitely return in the future.

El desayuno era muy completo. El personal atento, siempre están ahí para lo que necesites. Y la ubicación fantástica, ya que es un barrio muy tranquilo y en 10 min llegas a la plaza de jemaa el-fna. Recomendable 100%.

«Super Ryad !!»
Vraiment parfait ce Ryad !! Le ptit dej au soleil sur la terrasse, les espaces communs sont spacieux, la chambre et la salle de bain franchement nickel, c’est beau et hyper confort. C’est moderne et atypique. Nacer et Boushra (désolé si j’ai écorché les prénoms) nous ont super bien accueilli. Tjrs a l’écoute, tjrs là pour conseiller et éviter de se faire arnaquer. Le soir je vous conseille d’aller manger les brochettes avec Nacer, c’est délicieux, pas chère, et aucun problème de transit !

«Très beau Ryad»
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant le Ryad on a eut une petite frayeur par rapport à la devanture mais une fois la porte du Ryad ouverte c’etait très beau comme quoi il ne faut pas ce fier aux apparences. Le personnel est très sympa, très professionnel et serviable, la chambre spacieuse dommage que ça sent vite l’humidité à cause de la douche dans la chambre. Le Ryad est dans la médina à proximité des tombeaux saadiens donc on faisait tout à pieds, ce qui était top c’était le calme absolu dans le Ryad.

«Best Ryad in our entire stay in Morroco»
This was the best place we had in our entire trip in Morocco. The room was lovely and is exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We could enjoy the quietness of being outside the Medina but we were very close to be able to walk to the main square. Breakfast was great also but the best of all was the staff. They were super helpful and friendly and went out of the top to make our stay most enjoyable. I forgot my adapter in the room and luckily I was still in the country but I had only a short connection with the bus between cities and one of the staff came all the way to the station to bring it to me. We left with a very high impression of the hospitality of the staff of this Ryad and also Moroccans in general. Thanks and hope to visit again!!

«Marrakech Riad stay.»
This Riad was easy to find once being dropped off there from the airport. It is within very easy walking distance of the ‘square’ El Fna, The Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Spice Market. The was also a very good Hamman and Massage facility right next door which you should try.
The accommodation was clean and tidy. The staff were very good and always happy to help even when we were using our basic school day French. The breakfast was simple but good with croissants, fresh bread and pancakes and a various selection of jams, marmalade and honey (the Fig one was exceptional), yoghurt and coffee. All in all very enjoyable.

Really friendly staff, such a quite peaceful hotel and a great escape from the madness of Marrakesh if needed. Simple hotel done well.
Only about a 10 minute walk from the main markets and plenty going on around it.
The rooms were spotless and lovely, plenty of room and a huge bath/shower.
Staff were brilliant, very happy to help and always around if anything was needed. Made for a perfect base to go explore Marrakesh from.

«Tolle Tage in Marrakesch»
Die Zimmer sind noch sehr neu und entsprechend modern eingerichtet. Das ganze Riad ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten für 150Dirham den Transfer vom Flughafen zum Riad gebucht. Natürlich ist es günstiger, sich am Flughafen ein Taxi zu nehmen. So konnten wir uns jedoch das lange verhandeln des Preises sparen und mussten auch nicht nach dem Riad suchen. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war, wenn auch sehr süß (ist aber wohl üblich), sehr lecker. Wir würden das Riad jederzeit wieder buchen.

Todo!especialmente la atención de Bouchra, Hamza y Nacer (personal q atiende el riad) quienes en todo momento se ocuparon de nosotros brindándonos un té o agua al llegar de alguna excursión, prepararnos el desayuno por la mañana a la hora q nosotros queríamos o cualquier cosa q necesitáramos. La ubicación es espectacular. En la medina en una calle tranquila de fácil acceso. La plaza Fnaa está a 10 minutos andando. Hay lugares para comer a buenos precios a 100 mts.

The warmth and availability of Bouchra and the team will make you feel like home.
The pick up and drop off to the airport is available on request (15 euros each way) and worked out very well for us.
The location is good because, not far from the square but very quiet and soundproof at the same time.
We loved the biscuits and tea.
It was very clean, bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast or diner on the terrace on the sofas was so relaxing, with the light wind.
You have to try the Alhambra bath next door!
I cannot even understand how someone could write a bad review on this place!
Those guys really went beyond expectations to make us happy. Would happily recommend and go back!

«A little bit of luxury in the Kasbah»
Don’t be put off by the entrance, this hotel is really lovely! The room was gorgeous, very spacious with a luxuriously big bath. The hotel also had lots of communal space, both indoors and out.
The breakfast looked a little limited but they did ask if we wanted anything else and cooked it to request – really good.
The staff were very helpful and unlike other all the places we stayed in in morrocco this hotel accepted card payment.
The wifi could be tricky to get onto but there was another free one nearby you could get onto so not an issue.
Their airport transfer was good value.

Très bon accueil, les chambres sont spacieuses et d’une propreté irréprochable.
Un petit déjeuner copieu avec des spécialités locales. Le Riad est un havre de paix qui vous plonge dans un quartier qui vous met dans l’ambiance de Marrakech.

Hemos estado alojados 3 días allí y solo puedo decir que todo estupendo. Es un riad con tan solo 4 habitaciones que dan a una pequeña piscina muy agradable. Las habitaciones y el riad en general muy nuevo. En la planta superior tienen una terraza muy acogedora donde sirven un desayuno muy rico y abundante, y donde puedes descansar tras un largo día de turismo.Respecto al servicio y trato del personal es todo positivo,muy atentos y serviciales, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara.

Riad tellement mignon ! Je le recommande vivement pour un WE en amoureux ou même entre potes. Très bien situé, dans la médina juste en face des tombeaux saadiens et pour autant incroyablement calme. Les chambres sont toutes très agréables, il y en a que 4, c’est ce qu’il nous a plu: c’est à la fois convivial et très intime: 3 terrasses, un salon comme à la maison, un petit bassin au pied des chambres très apprécié lors de grosses chaleurs. Las habitaciones son enormes y la bañera también. Todas tienen aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece después de un día en las calles pasando calor!!
La ubicación es perfecta, en el casco antiguo de la ciudad, donde todo quedaba muy cerca del ryad.
El trato del personal es estupendo, muy atentos tanto en la limpieza y orden de las habitaciones como en el trato directo con el cliente. Nos ayudaron en todo!
El desayuno era muy completo y estaba todo buenísimo.
Sin duda, si volviese a Marrakech, volvería a alojarme en este ryad.

There was Air-Conditioning. The people running the riad are nice and courteous. walking into the hotel feels like walking into an egyptian tomb – which is a good thing as you can escape the noise and tumult of Marrakech. The TV is modern, it works, and you can receive all the channels.

«La estancia perfecta. »
El precio, los anfitriones, la localización, la habitación, el desayuno, el servicio, la piscina, todo. No había casi nada parecido a la sensación de llegar reventado al Ryad, que te reciban con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja (no tan comunes en esta ciudad), que te lleven un té o un zumo de naranja, que estén en cuanto los necesitas, que te pongan buena cara a todo… Además la localización es inmejorable. 7 minutos andando dr Jemaa el Fna, 30 segundos de las tumbas saadies, 30 segundos de una mezquita llena de vida, a 10 minutos del palacio del Badi… Y sobretodo que llegar es muy fácil comparado con otros Ryad y si te pierdes puedes usar la carretera que rodea la ciudad, la mezquita de Moulay El Yazid, o las tumbas como referencia. Llegar la primera vez quizás sea lo más difícil, pero una vez que has ido ya no hay pérdida, y eso en esa ciudad es una ventaja grande. Las habitaciones limpias siempre, aire acondicionado que funciona, camas cómodas… En definitiva la estancia es algo importante en un viaje y no creo que vayamos a escoger otro Ryad si volvemos a ir.

Everything was perfect for us, wish we stayed longer. Nacer and Bouder were excellent hosts. I recommend to use their airport transfer and tours with Faycal. Reasonable price, good value compare to others and you fell safe with them, they speak good English also. Just book everything through them.

El tracte del personal és genial, sempre atents i disposats a ajudar. La situació és perfecte, a tocar la mesquita i la rue de la Kasbah, fora de l’aglomeració turística, amb ambient i mercats locals… i només a uns 10 o 15 min caminant de la plaça Yamaa el Fna. Només són 4 habitacions i és molt tranquil. Un té o l’esmorzar al terrat és tot un luxe. Per repetir sens dubte!

An amazing place to stay, it was absolutely perfect! Best hospitality we’ve ever come across. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond, especially Kamal. He Looked after us like family – couldn’t appreciate it more! Definitely have dinner here as well, it was amazing. Location is good, you get to really experience the real Marrakech which you don’t get in the new town. Room was beautiful, air con was good, no complaints at all! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable!

La gentillesse du personnel. Un très bel accueil de Bouchra et Nacer à notre arrivée avec un bon thé dans le salon. Kamel en soirée toujours disponible et aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Une équipe très agréable et professionnelle, bravo ! On se sent comme chez soi. Les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain avec double vasque, grand lit… et très propres surtout. La situation géographique de ce Riad est parfaite, accessible en taxi sans problème. Plusieurs sites à quelques minutes à pieds du Riad : Palais Badi, Les tombeaux Saadiens, la Place Jamaa Lafna, Palais Bahia…

«Book it now!»
The room was fantastic, looked exactly as good as it does in the photos. Location was perfect, close enough to walk to the center of the Medina, but far enough away to be nice and quiet.
We had to work the first night we arrived and both need reliable wifi to do so, my partner worked in our room and i headed upto the rooftop to work in the sun, the wifi was great for both of us and gave us no issues at all.
All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed at any time (Especially Kamal, thanks so much!). Breakfast was served on the rooftop each morning and was a perfect way to start the day.
Would most definitely recommend and stay here again.

Kamal es uno de los trabajadores del Ryad,y es para darle un 10,muy servicial,trabaja allí casi todo el día y siempre está sonriendo y pendiente de que tu estancia sea lo mas satisfactoria posible.
El trato es muy cercano, solo tiene 4 habitaciones.
Bien situado,junto a las tumbas Saadíes y cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fnaa.

«Wunderschöne Wohlfühloase im Herzen Marrakesh»
Die Lage ist sehr gut, wobei der Eingang ein bisschen in den engen Gassen der Stadt versteckt ist. Dies bringt jedoch auch Ruhe ins Riad und man hört in der Früh die Vögel zwitschern anstatt Straßenlärm.
Die Einrichtung ist in sehr modernem Design gehalten, trotzdem jedoch gemütlich und einladend. Auch das Personal war super höflich und zuvorkommend. Nach einem recht stressigen Anreisetag wurden wir mit einem Tee und Keksen herzlichst und freundlich begrüßt.
Da es nur 4 Doppelzimmer gibt, eignet es sich sehr gut für Gruppenreisen, da man mit 8 Leiten das Riad für sich alleine hat. Jedenfalls ist der Aufenthalt sehr persönlich und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und nicht wie in einem Hotel.
Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!
Wir waren aufgrund des niedrigen Preises sehr überrascht sehr von dieser wunderschönen Wohlfühloase überrascht!
Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

L’acceuille était très bien ! Kamal nous as très bien accueillis et nous a bien expliquer les choses. Il parle plusieurs langues et cela facilite la communication, il est attentif et prend soins de ses clients . Boushra est très discrète, et gentille. Les plats sont très bien cuisinés. L’hygiène est irréprochable et le décort magnifique : typiquement marocain, espace “cocooning”, comme à la maison. Le déjeuner est délicieux et le thé y est excellent, nous avons passer un excellent séjour.

Los empleados del hotel nos trataron fenomenal, son muy serviciales, eficientes y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Camel habla inglés y árabe y Md. Bouchara habla francés y árabe. Camel nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos y Md. Bouchara nos preparó la primera noche el mejor guiso que probamos en Marrakech.

La localización, está en la Medina pero en una zona más tranquila y segura. Muy recomendable!
Está a menos de 10 min andando de la Plaza Jemaa el Fna. En la misma calle hay restaurantes muy buenos.
La atención de Giulia (dueña del Riad) en todo momento, nos organizó un tour por Marrakech y otro por Essaouira.
Nos encantó la cena que nos prepararon uno de los días!
El desayuno es una selección de panes y mermeladas, café y zumo de naranja natural. Te lo pueden servir en la terraza.

The Ryad staff are just amazing. Hicham is very friendly, jolly and always ready with help and advice. The breakfast spread was the highlight of the day, each day. Staff extremely helpful and kind. We arrived late at night and had to leave super early to catch our flight. We have also been escorted to our car at 3am. Amazing hospitality, nothing is too much trouble. The Designer looking Room was extremely clean, fresh and bright with a generous shower we would all want at home.Local heritage meets a contemporary soul. Great value for money. We will come back.

Good value for money. Rooms were clean and neat, bed comfortable, very true to pictures. Ryad has a sitting room and a rooftop terrace with views of the minaret at the mosque adjacent to the Saadian Tombs, which were about a block away. So the location was quite central and almost any site is within walking distance. Host staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Bouchra et Hicham are incredible hosts and made our stay perfect. The riad is located in the heart of t h e medina and you can go almost everywhere within walking distance. Bouchra is an amazing cook and the food is delicious. Hicham is always here If you need anything. We really loved the breakfast on the rooftop everymorning. Couldn’t be better and we would definitely come back.

Les chambres et les pièces en communs (salon, terrasse) sont vraiment comme sur les photos, aucune déception. Le Riad est tres bien situé non loin de la grande place (5 a 10 mn a pied). Le Riad est très calme. Le personnel est toujours disponible et très aimable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux.
